GM says, "Ok since we are short on time, we can start right away."

GM says, "As you recall, you had found a long hidden underground tomb."

Buff Teatum [to GM]: you should check out SteamTech for new invention ideas. Some are quite clever.

GM [to Buff Teatum]: okay I will

Emworth says, "I'm back."

GM says, "You exited the tomb where you sheltered and found Thomas Grimes and your mounts a little worse for wear, but otherwise fine."

GM says, "You find only two of the raiders were alive, one unable to move and one a walking wounded."

GM says, "Thomas Grimes once everyone is mounted up insists on pressing forward with the hunt."

GM says, "Only question is what will you do with or to the raiders?"

Buff Teatam has made it clear that he feels Alabama neckties are in order and is only wanting a tree.

You say, "I think we should take them with us, so they might be presented to the courts."

GM says, "The Grimes are collectively not military and find that idea appalling."

Buff Teatam says, "That's the way we handle outlaws and thieves back home, in the wild country. My opinion was asked."

Leeghwater says, "Leaving them here is the same as hanging them, in my opinion, so we have to try to take them along."

GM says, "Emsworth your opinion?"

Emworth says, "We can't kill prisoners."

Leeghwater says, "Do we have space on the Ghasants to take them along?"

Emworth says, "But why would leaving them here be tantamount to hanging them?"

Thomas Grimes growls "Since we have not the right to try these people, I suggest we keep a close watch on them and lash them to the extra gashants. Dueced nusance.

Emworth says, "Let's just leave them behind."

GM says, "It will take an eloquence roll to convice Grimes to leave them behind."

Leeghwater [to Mr. Emsworth]: "They can't make it onw their own. They'll die"

AllenPrice has made AllenPrice's local description A tall, lanky American carrying a rifle, a medical kit, and a Big Sword.

Hans [to JHG]: They live out here. Why wouldn't they be able to survive here?

Leeghwater says, "They're wounded"

GM [to AllenPrice]: The discussion is what to do with two surviving raiders. One non moble and one walking wounded.

Buff Teatam says, "If we are bringing them along, I'll guard them. I won't mistreat anyone. But God as my witness if I see our charity returned with vengeance I will dispose of both of them. Have them understand that." He draws a pistol and looks at the prisoners meaningfully. "Unfortunately for them I don't lay claim to being civilized and I have killed for less reason than they have given us."

Emworth says, "Grimes, what authorities would you deliver them to? This is not British territory."

AllenPrice . o O ( Are these the same surviving raiders we were talking about a couple of weeks ago? )

Thomas Grimes pinches his nose bridge. "I bloody well know that, but rules of war and all that rot.

GM . o O ( yes those same guys )

Emworth says, "And just why are you bound and determined to make absolutely sure that their friends will pursue us? If we leave them behind there is at least a chance they will give us up as bad medicine."

AllenPrice votes for leaving them behind, unharmed. No sense bringing them along. Uncivilized to kill them out of hand.

Leeghwater [to Dr. Allen Price]: "Can they survive on their own here. Wounded as they are?"

AllenPrice [to JHG]: Not our concern. If they didn't wish to become wounded they should not have attacked us.

GM . o O ( they are natives to this land and if anyone could they can. If this was the desert, wounded as they are, they'd have no chance. )

Leeghwater says, "But is they will not survive then we might as well kill them."

Emworth says, "We can leave them a little water to tide them over until their friends get here. Speaking of whih, time is passing..."

Leeghwater [to Mr. Emsworth]: "Good option"

AllenPrice shrugs. "They have a chance. We can leave them a little in the way of supplies, and their weapons. With any luck, their friends will return and help them. If not, then we've done all we can reasonably be expected to do. Our obligations to them are strictly limited."

Emworth says, "I agree with the good doctor."

Thomas Grimes sets his jaw as he comes to a decision. "I don't want to be burdened with them and have to baby sit them either. Leave them two dya's water each and leave them." He turns on his heel and mounts his gashant.

Buff Teatam says, "Fair 'nuff."

AllenPrice hastens to obey. He tells the wounded, with Big Gestures, to stay off our trail.

AllenPrice . o O ( I'm an American. I have high skill in Speaking Loudly to Foreigners. )

Emworth and Wilkins mounts up and follow Grimes.

Leeghwater mounts up

GM says, "With the question of the raiders resolved, you mount up and move out."

Emworth . o O ( And don't forget to stick an -a after each word. )

GM says, "The day is clear after the storm and you make good time."

AllenPrice [to Hans]: No, no. That's the British dialect. The American dialect uses -ee a lot.

Buff Teatam mounts up and rides forward of the group, looking for ambush territory and trusting to the other's field glasses to watch their sides and back. He tries to find any streams or food sources.

GM says, "The day passes quickly and is thankfully uneventful. You get your camp set up and post a larger watch than normal, but the night passes quietly as well."

Emworth will try to guesstimate the exact time of noon and notes down what his watch shows.

GM says, "Buff you can roll foraging to try and find food."

GM says, "Emsworth can roll one half, round down Mapping to make your guestimate."

Buff Teatam rolled 5d6 and got 20.

Buff Teatam woots.

Hans rolls 0, and gets a 0.

GM says, "You easily find a high point in the water table and as soon as you break ground with your spade you strike water."

Leeghwater uses his pick to open up the soil

GM says, "Food grows naturally around the spring and you find several edible pants to spice up the field rations."

Emworth collects specimens of the plants for his herbarium.

AllenPrice carefully watches what Buff and Teatam do.

GM . o O ( edible pants? I shudder to think of the implications, change that to edible PLANTS. )

Emworth . o O ( Much more boring. )

Buff Teatam  . o O (Buff and Teatam? I'm twins now?)

GM . o O ( Less disturbing though )

AllenPrice . o O ( Buff and Emsworth, that is. )

Buff Teatam  . o O (You could see my concern though. ;)

GM says, "The morning arrives and you once again mount up and move out."

GM says, "Everyone roll 2d6"

Buff Teatam does as he did on the previous day. He is well on the way to growing a beard BTW.

Hans rolls 2, and gets a 5.

Buff Teatam rolled 2d6 and got 5.

AllenPrice rolls 2d, and gets a 10.

On 2d6, you rolled 7.

GM says, "As you ride, approaching openly with no attempt at stealth a single rider approaches"

GM says, "He is closest to the doctor"

GM says, "Price please roll observation."

AllenPrice unlimbers his rifle but doesn't point it in any particular direction, and waits.

AllenPrice rolls 5d6, and gets a 0.

AllenPrice rolls 5d, and gets a 14.

GM says, "You recoginze his garb as that of the Southern Shistomik tribe. The ones you met that were friendly, but a tad less than impressed on your chances to bag a Steppe Tiger."

GM says, "He's holding the reins with one hand and what looks like a four foot javelin in the other, but the tip is obviously blunted."

AllenPrice makes friendly-greeting gestures, without putting his rifle away. We lost our interpreter, didn't we?

Hans says, "Ran like a rabbit, yes."

GM says, "He does not respond and continues to close."

GM says, "Roll observation doctor."

Emworth will look in the opposite direction from the approaching rider.

AllenPrice rolls 5d, and gets a 15.

Buff Teatam continues riding ahead as no one has made any sort of warning to him.

GM says, "You can tell while his expression is one of defiance, he is terrified, but he continues to close, less than 50 yards now"

GM says, "Closes to 30 yards."

Buff Teatum [to GM]: Can I buy a point of Parhooni for one XP? I meant to ask last week. Sorry.

GM [to Buff Teatum]: sure

AllenPrice makes a "that's close enough" gesture.

Leeghwater studies his Martian's garb closely

Buff Teatam continues riding ahead as no one has made any sort of warning to him.

GM says, "Continues to close, his approach is slow, deliberate, but not actually threatening. He appears to be quite young."

GM says, "20 yards"

Leeghwater fall back to the rear of the group

GM says, "At ten yards he reins in and throws his blunted javelin."

GM rolled 1d6 and got 3.

AllenPrice stands his ground.

Buff Teatam says, "I don't see what's going on, do I?"

Emworth continues to chek the other sides.

AllenPrice [to Buff Teatum]: I don't see why not.

GM says, "The javelin hits your gashant on the rump causing it to startle, you'll need to roll ride doctor"

GM says, "Roll observation buff to see the small drama behind you."

Buff Teatam rolled 2d6 and got 10.

AllenPrice rolls 1d, and gets a 5.

Leeghwater is shocked and start to rumage in his bag, looking for his pistol

AllenPrice says, "Hold on, gentlemen! I don't think we're under attack here."

GM says, "Buff you see what looks like a spear thrown at the doctor."

Leeghwater finds his pistol and continues to look for the bullits

Buff Teatam sees and dismounts to bring his rifle to bear. "What'd he do, Doc?"

GM says, "The young Martian looks dejected and gives the doctor a sad smile"

AllenPrice says, "What's your problem, son?" in a careful, gentle voice, with no threatening gestures. He won't understand the words, but maybe the tone.

Leeghwater loads some bullits into the pistol

"What's that thing your Indians do, Teatam? Counting coup, I think it's called?"

Emsworth askes Teatam.

Buff Teatam says, "... I think he's trying to count coup on you Doc. And you ain't biting. Make some fuss."

native replies in badly broken parhooni. "Yes count coup, but I failed."

GM says, "You can't help but feel sorry for the young man."

AllenPrice grins, waves someone over to take his gashant.

Leeghwater decides to try to learn the local lingo

Buff Teatam says in Parhooni, "But you hit him..."

"Were you supposed to hit the doctor?" Emsworth asks in Parhoon.

Native nods vigorously.

AllenPrice dismounts, picks up the javelin, hands it back to the native.

GM says, "He dismounts and walks over to pick up his coup stick."

GM says, "He smiles sadly again to you doctor and dejectedly remounts."

Leeghwater is totaly mystified

AllenPrice holds his hands out, shrugs, tries to project "better luck next time."

native looks oddly at you, not following your words.

Buff Teatam says in Parhooni, "Hey, son. Why don't you ride with us? Maybe you can count on someone else?"

Emworth says, "Grimes, should we ask him to be our new guide?"

AllenPrice nods in agreement. "A sterling idea, Buff."

shakes head. "I again you must strike or home no can go.

Emworth . o O ( Yes. But i's Grimes' decision to make. He is the expedition leader. )

Buff Teatam says, "He says he has to give you another lick Doc. I think."

AllenPrice says, "Buff, tell this young pup he can have a second shot at me where I stand. No harm done, I think."

AllenPrice remembers hearing a few Sioux talk about this custom, if it's the same thing.

Thomas Grimes rides over. "It would be capital to meet this fellow's tribe. I prevail upon you to let him try again.

Emworth says, "Does it really count when the 'victim' is willing?"

Leeghwater is looking in a bewildered way as his compatriots humor the savage.

GM says, "On hearing you will let him try again the smile that splits his face is heart-wrenching in it's gratitude."

AllenPrice [to Hans]: The target doesn't have to put up any resistance, if that's what you mean. The point is to show courage, on both sides.

GM says, "He rides back a bit and throws again."

GM rolled 1d6 and got 6.

Leeghwater places his pistol in his belt, takes out his notebook and start scribbling

"How do you know all that, doctor?" Emsworth asks curiously.

GM says, "Thud a direct hit on the doctor's chest. It leaves a fairly large bruise, but doesn't break the skin."

Buff Teatam yeehas.

AllenPrice grins, makes a fists-in-air gesture.

Native He lets out an estatic whoop and rides in close. "You me follow please?"

AllenPrice [to Hans]: It's similar to a Plains Indians custom. I spent some time out West with the Army, and saw this among the Sioux.

Buff Teatam says, "He asks us to follow him. I think we done good."

GM says, "Both Grimes and Whittington are beside themselves at this news. "

Grimes beams "By all means lets go with him."

AllenPrice mounts up.

Buff Teatam accepts the lad's request and commends him on his bravery.

Leeghwater takes the bullits from his pistol and stores all in his bag.

Native blushes clear up to his ears at the word brave.

Buff Teatam says, "The boy has *sand*, Doctor Price. Good thing I didn't plug him."

native points to himself "Ranix."

AllenPrice points. "Price. Teatam. Emsworth. Leeghwater. Grimes." Completes the introductions.

Ranix looks a little perplexed at the odd names, but he nods in understanding.

Buff Teatam makes introductions, glad he learned a little lingo.

Leeghwater [to Buff]: " What, in God's name, is going on? I'm terribly confused. "

GM says, "The sun is near setting by the time you reach his camp."

Buff Teatam [to Leeghwater] "The boy was undergoing a test of bravery. No harm was meant. I think he means to make us his guests in thanks for letting him try again.

Leeghwater . o O (Madness)

AllenPrice [to JHG]: It's a custom some of these savages have. Sometimes a young man will go out and try to count coup against a dangerous enemy. All he has to do is touch the enemy with his coup stick. It demonstrates courage on his part - and it also honors the one chosen. I saw this in the wild country back home. Didn't know the Martians went in for it.

Buff Teatam says, "Wild Country? Heh."

Leeghwater [to Dr. Allen Price]: "How....um....quaint, I'm sure."

Buff Teatam looks around for sentries near the camp.

GM says, "As you reach his camp you see the sun set and you can clearly see the campfires for several hundred."

Leeghwater says, "It isn't an ....It's not a daily thing I hope?"

Buff Teatam says, "I just hope they mean to feed us and not eat us. We should get some gifts ready for the headmen and such."

Ranix is nearly beside himself with excitement as he sees the camp. "Me tell all loudly.

AllenPrice [to JHG]: No, but it often serves as a substitute for warfare between the tribes.

Buff Teatam says, "Tell 'em we shot at you a might. It nearly came to that."

Ranix gathrs up his reins to gallop for the camp.

AllenPrice says, "Do we have anything we can use for trade goods?"

Ranix spurs his mount and gallops forward to the largest of the cooking fires.

Leeghwater says, "depends on whatthey want, I suppose"

GM . o O ( anything metal is a trade item. Mars is notoriously metals poor. )

Buff Teatam says, "I have some hot sauce, and bottle I've been saving for a  'cassion. Some knives and buckles, maybe they like some cigareets?"

GM . o O ( weapons are always welcome, but that is a judgement call. )

Leeghwater says, "I've got cloth with me and a pick, two mechanical toys."

Emworth says, "Well, I'm not getting rid of my new pocket knife. It's the neatest little gadget you've ever seen, with two blades and a can-opener among other things."

Ranix rides down to the cooking fire, rummages around and lets loose a fearsome blast on some form of native horn. It sounds like a wounded moose.

AllenPrice is okay with handing out knives and such. Not guns.

Buff Teatam says, "Don't be taking no pictures. Some folks get riled at that. But these folks seem right sociable."

GM says, "The effect on the camp is immediate, warriors boil out of their tents weapons at the ready."

GM says, "They form a layered skirmish line and advance on you. What few faces you can see in the torch lights to not look friendly."

Buff Teatam puts on his poker face and sits still in his saddle.

GM says, "You are easily outnumbered 30 to 1"

Leeghwater sits relaxed in his Ghasant sure in the knowledge of another savage thing.

GM says, "They have weapons drawn and a few approach in front of the line with ropes"

GM says, "Their entent is clear, dismount and be tied or prepare to fight."

Buff Teatam wonders if Ranix didn't just sell them all a load of snake oil. He frowns slightly. He says in Parhooni, "We was invited."

Leeghwater tries to take his cue from Buff, the expert in savage behavior

AllenPrice sits in his saddle, his rifle out but not pointed at anyone, and looks utterly unconcerned.

GM says, "If any of these native speak parhooni they don't let on."

Leeghwater says, "This is all very exiting, aint it?"

GM says, "This language is more gutteral and is probably Nepenthese."

Emworth says, "Surely our young friend can't be the only Parhoon speaker here. Who taught him?"

Buff Teatam remains seated and defiant. He does not looking willing to either dismount or fight.

GM says, "Regardless of invitation, the intent is still clear, yield or die."

Emworth says, "Who is the leader?"

Leeghwater [to Grimes]: Do we yield?

Buff Teatam says, "OOC I have to go. I'll yield but I won't be tied."

GM says, "There are several elaborately decorated warriors in the crowd."

GM says, "With no means to communicate the tensions are extremely taunt."

GM says, "With clear gestures they point to dismount."

Emworth is watching Grimes' lead.

"It might be best to make a run for it," Emsworth remarks casually.

Grimes looks pained. "I'd be willing to fight, but there are so deuced many of them.

Leeghwater [to GM]: I look at the way Ranix is behaving

Grimes Makes Balacava look like a walk in the park.

GM says, "As a very young brave, Ranix isn't even visible, if he's here, he's way at the back of the pack."

GM says, "The gestures are emphatic DISMOUNT!"

Grimes unless anyway of preventing a bloothbath, /our/ blood, I'm open to sugesstions.

Emworth says, "Grimes, we need a decision. Fight, flight, or surrender?"

Leeghwater says, "Maybe it's best to surrender."

Grimes shoulders slump and he is barely audible. "We'd be shot down if we ran or fought. I can see no other option but to yield.

Leeghwater dismounts

Emworth Emsworth dismounts, followed almost immediately by Wilkins.

GM says, "Both Grimes brothers and Alexandra dismount."

AllenPrice dismounts, careful to hold his head high, no deference in his stance.

GM says, "The locals step forward with rawhide ropes and you are quickly disarmed and tied."

GM says, "You are actually handled firmly, but not cruelly"

GM says, "You are taken to one of the tents and untied."

AllenPrice isn't surprised.

GM says, "At least a dozen guards are outside the tent, but you are not disturbed."

Whittington looks glum. "Not quite the meeting with the locals we were hoping for eh what?"

AllenPrice says, "Give it time."

GM says, "Despite your situation, the night passes quickly."

AllenPrice does his best, from inside the tent, to see what is going on outside. Also, to see how careful the guards are.

Emworth says, "At least they didn't search us. [Or did they, GM?]"

GM says, "There is little to see asside from a couple other tents and a few camp fires. The guards detect you immediately every time you get near the opening of the tent."

GM . o O ( asside from taking obvious weapons, not persaonl searches were made. )

Emworth says, "A Swiss Army knife would not be an obvious weapon, would it? There's no blade showing."

GM . o O ( since it was in your pocket, it is still their )

Emworth says, "OK. Should we try to escape in the night or should we wait and see what tomorrow brings?"

James Grimes snarls. "I'll not risk my wife on some foolhardy attempt to escape."

Leeghwater says, "I don't know. Escaping seems hopeless. We  would have to steal mounts, water and food."

AllenPrice is willing to be patient. Time enough to go down fighting when it's obvious that's the only way.

Thomas Grimes calms his brother. "Er, given we are in the middle of their camp and unarmed I'm not too confident in our chances of success."

Emworth says, "Nor am I. I merely wonder how they compare to our chances if we wait patiently till our captors are ready to deal with us."

Alexandra speaks quietly. "I think they have been fair with us. They did untie us."

Emworth says, "Very well. Let's wait and see, then. If things do get desperate tommorow, I'll try to create a diversion."

AllenPrice says, "Just want to be sure I get my claymore back. Family heirloom, you know."

Emworth says, "I still have both my heirlooms with me, but there are parts of my luggage I'd be loth to lose."

Thomas Grimes looks grim. "We will make this vow, if it comes to a fight, we will not go down without a fight and meet the end like proper gentlemen."

Leeghwater shudders but afrees

James Grimes adds with his eyes as hard as flint. "And if possible give Alexandra a chance to escape."

AllenPrice nods.

Leeghwater tries to find tha bathroom in this tent

GM says, "It seems that the natives use the vast expanse of the steppes for an outhouse."

GM says, "Those will full bladders spend a very uncomfortable night."

GM says, "Otherwise the night passes swiftly and you do manage to get some fitful sleep despite the situation."

GM says, "In the morning a powerfully built Martian enters your tent. "

Martian in fairly good Parhooni speaks. "I am Fazuck. I am a healer, are any of you injured?"

"My companion there tangled with an animal a couple of days ago, but we've attended to his hurts ourselves," Emsworth says in Parhoon. "But we're all surprised by the treatment we've been accorded. Is this how your tribe treats guests?

Fazuck replies slowly. "Guests no, but a warning horn in the night does not make for smooth meetings."

Leeghwater returns from the outhouse

AllenPrice suddenly suspects that our impetuous young friend make a BIG mistake.

Emworth says, "We were invited to your camp by the young warrior called Ranix. We assumed he would know the proper way to lead visitors to your camp," Emsworth continues in Parhoon."

Fazuck continues. "I have spoken with Ranix, his family, and the elders. We now know that it was his...youth that led him to make the mistake."

Emworth says, "Ah, well, a young man must be allowed to make mistakes. As long as no harm was done."

Fazuck nods. "We are not used to visitors out here, especially Redmen. The elders will have a council this evening. Since we have some time. I would ask questions of you."

Emworth says, "We will be happy to converse with you, but we would like an opportunity to freshen up first. Allow me to explain what has happened to my friends."

Emworth gives a short summary to the others.

AllenPrice . o O ( I wondered how long it would take Emsworth to notice that. )

Emsworth . o O ( Mostly I see "You say..." )

GM says, "At the term freshen up, he nods and points to the field slit trenches the Martians use in camp."

Leeghwater takes out his notebook and makes notes on the language, so that he may start to learn it.

GM says, "Also at this point for proper Victorian gentlemen and especially lady, the natives attire is positively scandalous."

Emsworth turns to Fazuck again and ask for the expedition's luggage.

Emsworth . o O ( He does NOT mention the weapons at all. )

Fazuck nods. "On your honor not to escape, you may follow me."

Leeghwater blushes at the sight of the state of undress the natives are displaying.

Emsworth says, "It would be unthinkable for a guest to leave his host without the proper goodbyes."

GM says, "Fazuck leads you to our equipment and you find your mounts feeding in the simple pen they rig while in camp and none of your belongings have been disturbed.""

Emsworth . o O ( Good sign, that. )

Wilkins quickly rigs a couple of blankets to give a modicum of privacy to Mrs. Grimes.

GM says, "You are allowed to make your morning abulutions, albeit in absoultely scandalous lack of proper privacy."

Emsworth cleans up as well as possible under the circumstances and dons fresh clothes.

Alexandra smiles. "Thank you kind sir, these conditions are...trying."

GM says, "After you freshen up, you are taken back to your tent."

Fazuck stiffly asks. "We can speak now?"

Emsworth says, "By all means."

Fazuck nods. "You are the first redmen I have seen on the steppes not in a caravan. Where have you been traveling and for how long?"

Emsworth describes the expedition's meanderings as best he can.

He makes a running translation for the benefit of the others and also itranslates any remarks they may make.

Fazuck leans forward. "Have you seen any 'outsiders?'"

Emsworth says, "We were ambushed by a party belonging to another tribe some days ago. I don't suppose those are outsisers. Apart from that we've seen no one."

Fazuck nods. "This is well."

AllenPrice says, "What 'outsiders' do you expect us to find?"

Emsworth says, "Who or what are outsiders?"

GM . o O ( If you have any questions, this is the time to ask them, otherwise Whittington will talk Fazuck's ear off. )

Fazuck thinks a moment. "Outsiders would be remen or caravans that cross our lands without paying tribute."

Leeghwater has no questions, at this time.

Emsworth says, "Our guide ran off when we were attacked. We'd like to hire someone from your tribe to guide us."

Emsworth says, "We did meet with some of your people when we arrived on the steppe and were allowed to continue."

Fazuck shakes his head. "The elders will never agree to this. You may ask, but it is unlikely anyone will agree."

Emsworth has no more questions (and Emsworth has to go AFK for another few minutes).

GM says, "Whittington asks many questions and he takes volumes of notes.""

Emsworth says, "I'm back".

Fazuck folds his hands for a moment. "It is near the time for supper. I have to tell you that if you choose to eat, you are obligated to the clan for your stay here. This means working to help prepare meals. Do you agree to this?"

Leeghwater agrees

Leeghwater says, "I have no problems with helping prepare meals."

Emsworth says, "We will follow your customs."

AllenPrice says, "If they're willing to eat my cooking, I'm willing to cook."

AllenPrice . o O ( Silly Martians. )

Emsworth says, "It m ight be better to let Teatam cook. He seems to like the way the natives prepare their food."

Fazuck nods once. "Good. Please follow me to the meal."

Emsworth says, "What needs to be done, Fazuck?"

Fazuck leads you to the dining tent. "That will depend on the ruling of the council. I just wanted you to be aware of the debt before you ate."

GM says, "The day is long, but the customs of the Martians are fascinating and the time passes quickly."

GM says, "It is an hour after sunset before Fazuck returns to your tent.""

Leeghwater ,during his work, studies the Martian's tools and implements.

Fazuck speaks formally. "It is time to learn your fates. Speak true as you can, the elders are most wise and will know falsehoods when they hear them."

Emsworth says, "Lead on."

Whittington walks along glumly. "I suppose it would be a bad idea to take my camera along."

Leeghwater tickles fadethecat! fadethecat spazzes out, and darts wildly around the room three times before settling down and furiously licking her fur.

fadethecat hugs Leeghwater! Leeghwater calls down a twister from the super cell and twirls fadethecat around merrily.

The_GM says, "Oh! Sorry! didn't realize you were in here."

The_GM usually uses this room. Dreadfully sorry.

Leeghwater lol

GM says, "This is a good place to stop anyway."

Leeghwater nds

Emsworth says, "I suppose..."

GM says, "Not quite the classic surrounded by hostile natives cliffhanger, but close enough."

GM says, "I am available next weekend, so we can pick this up next week."

Leeghwater [to GM]: Well... How are you gonna talk your way out of the appearance of Bast?

GM [to Leeghwater]: Why simple, it was a hallucination caused by a reaction to the Martian food.

GM says, "That will be one XP for everyone."
